As a Support Engineer you will focus on complex software issues brought up by external clients, software development team or other teams within the company and provide technical assistance appropriately. Support Engineers at SYNERGEN Health will serve as experts of the products and solutions we develop. They find solutions to problems with the products and help operations teamwork through technical difficulties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or in a related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a hands-on application/system support role
  • Exposure to Linux based development environments
  • AWS certifications and Experience in Cloud Technologies.
  • Experience in Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Problem and Incident Management
