And our team was able to execute all of our business continuity plans and successfully supported our U.S. healthcare clients without disruptions.”

With more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Mrs. Weerasinghe is a leading information technology personality in Sri Lanka. Mrs. Weerasinghe was instrumental in establishing The Diversity Collective Lanka, a non-profit organization which helps in building community-wide awareness regarding women’s careers in information technology and empowers women and girls to advance in those careers. Mrs. Weerasinghe inspired SYNERGEN Health’s female colleagues by sharing how she balanced her career, personal commitments, social responsibilities and kept herself determined to reach her dreams.
